摘要
轴类工件在磨削加工过程中受磨削力作用会产生变形,为了减少这一误差对工件实际生产的影响,因此需要自定心中心架来辅助加工,而自定心中心架的种类对加工精度对工件的加工精度也会产生一定的影响。鉴于此,从材料力学角度对加工过程中的工件变形作了理论研究,在一定工况下产生的磨削力的条件下使用磨削力理论模型计算,结合凸轮式机构与滑块式机构自定心中心架的结构特点,采用分离法和控制变量法对其受力和稳定性进行分析,对今后自定心中心架的设计有一定的参考价值。
Axial workpiece by grinding force in grinding process will produce deformation.In order to reduce the error influence on actual production,a self-centering frame is needed to assist processing,and the type of self-centering center frame will also produce certain effect on machining precision of workpiece.The workpiece deformation in this paper is studied in theory from the angle of mechanics of materials,the theoretical model of grinding force is used to calculate the grinding force produced by certain conditions.Combining with the structural characteristics of self-centering frame of cam mechanism and slider mechanism,the force and stability of self-centering frame are analyzed by means of separation method and control variable method,which has certain reference value for the design of self-centering frame in the future.
