摘要
根据振动筛的结构特点,提出了利用自动装配技术对侧墙板和横梁进行快速装配。介绍了以Visual Studio 2012作为开发环境对SolidWorks进行二次开发的基本原理和API对象模型。探讨了利用OLE(对象连接与嵌入)和COM(组件对象模型)技术进行二次开发的区别,应用到了遍历、矩阵变换技术,实现了侧墙板和横梁的孔轴自动装配。
According to the structural characteristics of the vibrating screen,it is proposed to use the automatic assembly technology to quickly assemble the side wall panels and beams.This paper introduces the basic principles and API object model of secondary development of SolidWorks with Visual Studio 2012 as the development environment.The difference in secondary development between using OLE and COM technology is discussed.The traversal and matrix transformation techniques are applied to realize automatic assembly of the hole axis of the side wall panel and the beam.
