电容法脱盐效率影响因素的COMSOL软件数值计算及分析

摘要 为了解决油田开发后期注水生产过程中产生的大量高矿化度污水处理问题,以NaCl溶液为处理对象,选择NaCl溶液入口流量、NaCl溶液初始浓度与工作电压作为影响因素,采用单因素分析方法,运用COMSOL软件进行数值计算,研究每种影响因素对电容法(CDI)模块单元脱盐效率的影响。结果表明:NaCl溶液入口流量因素对该电容法系统脱盐效率影响最大,其次为工作电压因素,最后为NaCl溶液初始浓度因素;在温度为25℃条件下,考虑经济因素,Na-Cl溶液入口流量为25 mL/min、工作电压为3 V、NaCl溶液初始浓度(质量浓度)为100 mg/L时,该电容法系统的脱盐效率最高。 A large amount of high salinity sewage is generated during the water injection production process in the later stage of oilfield development.In order to solve the problem of high salinity sewage treatment,the NaCl solution is selected as the treatment object,the inlet flow rate and the initial concentration of NaCl solution and the working voltage are selected as the influencing factors.The single factor analysis method and COMSOL software are used to conduct numerical calculation,and the influence of each influencing factor on the desalination efficiency of capacitive deionization(CDI)module unit is studied.The results show that the inlet flow factor of NaCl solution has the greatest influence on the desalination efficiency of CDI system,followed by the working voltage factor,and finally the initial concentration factor of NaCl solution.Under the condition of temperature of 25℃and considering economic factors,the desalination efficiency of CDI system is the largest when the NaCl solution inlet flow rate is 25 mL/min,the working voltage is 3 V and the initial concentration(mass concentration)of NaCl solution is 100 mg/L.
