摘要
天然气在输送过程中,运行能耗费用受各气源供气量、管网内天然气量分配、各管道运行压力、能耗单价及压缩机组类型等诸多因素的影响,因此有必要开展天然气管网优化运行的研究。以天然气管网运行能耗费用最低为目标,建立了天然气管网优化运行数据库,利用最小二乘法构建能耗方程组,建立管网内单条管道输气量与能耗之间的数学关系,制定优化逻辑,编制完成西部天然气管网优化运行软件,解决了天然气管网的气量优化分配问题,确定了天然气管网内各管道启机的优化方案。以西部天然气管网生产运行某日报表数据为基础,在相同的边界条件下,采用该管网优化运行软件重新分配全管网气量,并确定新的运行方案,对比分析优化前后的能耗数据,能耗费用节约在10%以上,取得了良好的优化效果。
In the process of natural gas transportation,the energy consumption cost is affected by many factors,such as gas supply amount,the natural gas distribution of pipeline network,the operation pressure of each pipeline,the unit price of energy consumption and the type of compressor unit,so there is room for optimization and it is necessary to carry out the study on the optimal operation of natural gas pipeline network.Aiming at the lowest energy consumption cost of natural gas pipeline network,the optimal operation database of natural gas pipeline network is established,the energy consumption equation set is developed by using the least square method,the mathematical relationship between the gas transmission amount and energy consumption of single pipeline in the network is established,and the optimization logic is formulated.The software for optimizing the operation of western natural gas pipeline network is programmed to solve the distribution optimization problem of the gas amount in the natural gas pipeline network.By using the software,the optimal machine starting schemes of each pipeline in the network can be determined.Based on the production and operation daily report data of western natural gas pipeline network,the operation software of the pipeline network is used to redistribute the gas amount in the whole network,and the new operation scheme is determined.The energy consumption data before and after optimization are compared and analyzed,the energy consumption cost is saved by more than 10%,and good optimization results are obtained.
