沙特阿美油气站场变电所工程的空调通风系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 变电所是油气站场重要组成部分,为变电所设备提供合理的工作环境是保障变电所乃至整个油气站场及管网安全运行的基础。根据阿美规范与设计理念,对阿美工程变电所大型中央空调及通风系统进行相关设计与优化,以提高系统先进性与可靠性。主要包括:优化新风处理系统,选择新风立管、惯性过滤器与化学过滤器,监测新风状态,并进行物理沉降与化学成分过滤;在抗爆建筑外墙开洞,根据阿美要求采取必要的抗爆措施;空调除了与风机互相连锁外,还连锁蓄电池强充装置,保障蓄电池室安全;进行自动化设计,实时监控设备状态、电动阀门状态及温度和湿度信息;完成符合阿美工程思路的新风与加湿器选型计算。 The substation is a vital part for oil and gas stations,and providing the required working environment for substation equipment is the basis for ensuring the safe operation of the substation and even the station and entire pipeline network.According to Aramco standards and design ideas,the large central air-conditioning and ventilating system of Aramco substation project are designed and optimized,so as to improve the advancement and reliability of system.They mainly include optimizing fresh air treatment system,selecting the fresh air standpipe,inertial filter and chemical filter,monitoring the state of fresh air and implementing physical settlement and chemical composition filtration.Openings are made in the external wall of antiknock building,and necessary antiknock measures are adopted according to Aramco requirements.The air conditioner connects not only the fan,but also the charging unit of storage battery,so as to ensure the safety of the storage battery room.We also should do automation design and monitor equipment status,electric valve status and humiture information in real time.At the same time,the selection calculation for the fresh air and humidifier according with Aramco project thought should be completed.
