大庆外围油田钻井“以电代油”应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着“以电代油”工作的逐步开展,每年油田都要根据各区块油藏开发方案及钻井运行安排,对区块“以电代油”可行性方案进行论证。根据油田常用钻机能耗参数对比,通过对电网和变电所能力、供电半径、钻井线路转产能建设线路,以及租用临时变费用四方面进行定量和定性考虑,并将钻机电钻费用与油钻费用进行经济分析;若电钻费用减去油钻费用为正值,则推荐电动钻机,反之则采用油驱钻机。最后通过实例说明,若电网和变电所容量满足要求,在合理供电半径内,不再增加线路费用和改变临时变位置的前提下,钻井线路转产能率40%时钻井周期可达29天,油钻和电钻成本相当;若超过29天,即在相近区域钻井超过6口时,则电钻比较经济。 With the gradual development of the work of"electricity instead of oil",and according to the reservoir development plan and drilling operation arrangement of each block,the feasibility of"electricity instead of oil"in the block must be demonstrated each year.The energy consumption param-eters of commonly used drilling rigs are compared,and according to the quantitative and qualitative considering of the four aspects,namely the power grid and substation capacity,power supply radius,productivity transferred from drilling lines and lease costs of temporary substation,the electric drilling cost of rig and the oil drilling cost of rig are compared and analyzed.If the electric drilling cost minus the oil drilling cost is positive,electric drilling is recommended,and vice versa.Finally,through examples it is explained that if the capacity of power grid and substation meets the requirements,within a reasonable power supply radius,and the line cost will no longer be increased and the temporary location will be changed,when the drilling line transfer capacity rate is 40% and the drilling cycle is 29 days,the cost of electric drilling and oil drilling are comparable.If the drilling cycle is more than 29 days,namely there are more than 6 wells in closed areas,electric drilling is more economical.
