摘要
油气田地面工程中管道共振产生的原因较多,危害巨大,需通过具体情况对管道固有频率、管道内介质流态进行分析,寻找出解决管道共振的方法,从而减少管线共振对管道系统造成的破坏。通过分析实际工程中管道共振产生的原因及危害,并通过实验模态分析方法,得出管道共振产生的原因是声阻产生的激振现象所致,提出了减少减压阀及相关管线、取消变径点、缩减管系中弯头数量等避免管道共振的改进措施。经过改进,管道系统的模态及应力分析情况要优于原安装方案,整个管道系统压力相对平稳,地上及埋地管线的应力和流体作用力,以及管道载荷、频率、振幅等满足相关规范。
There are many reasons for pipeline resonance in oil and gas field surface engineering,and the damage is huge.It is necessary to analyze the natural frequency of pipeline and the flow state of medium in the pipeline through specific circumstances,so as to find a way to solve pipeline resonance and to reduce the damage caused by pipeline resonance to the pipeline system.The causes and damage of pipeline resonance in a practical project are analyzed.Through the experimental modal analysis method,it is concluded that the cause of pipeline resonance is the excitation phenomenon caused by sound resistance,and the improvement measures to avoid pipeline resonance by reducing the pressure relief valve and related pipelines,canceling the variable diameter,and reducing the amount of elbow in the pipeline system are put forward.After improvement,the modal and stress analyses of the pipeline system are better than those of the original installation plan,the pressure of the whole pipeline system is relatively stable.The stress analysis conditions of the aboveground and buried pipelines,the fluid force,the results of pipeline load,frequency and amplitude all meet relevant specifications.
