站库管理信息化平台的开发与实现

Development and Implementation of Informatization Platform for Station and Storehouse Management

为了解决原始资料报表管理模式中录取数据量有限、不易变动、易出错、难汇总、难查找、成本高等问题,组织研发了站库管理信息化平台。岗位员工手持防爆巡检录入仪扫描本人的身份识别卡后,按照指定的巡检路线到现场依次对需要巡检的设备容器、仪器仪表等进行巡检、录入数据,完成一次巡检后回到中控室通过数据线将巡检仪与电脑对接,所录取的所有数据将自动传输到日报的特定位置上自动生成日报。通过该平台,有效解决了人工填写、汇总、计算所需时间过长、差错率较高等问题,实现了站库报表免打印、办公无纸化,提高了工作效率。

In order to solve problems of the original material report form management,such as limited data,difficulty of change,easy mistakes,difficulty of collecting and seeking and high cost,the informatization platform for station and storehouse management is developed.After scanning the personal personnel identification card,the worker can hold the explosion-proof patrol recorder,inspect and input data for equipment,containers,instruments and so on according to designated inspection route.After completing patrol inspection for one time,the worker will return to the central control room and connect the patrol recorder with the computer through the data line,and all collected data will be transmitted to the special location and generate the daily report form automatically.Through the platform,problems of long-term calculation and high error rate caused by manual filling and collecting are effectively solved,no-paper office is realized,and work efficiency is improved.
