竞争力提升视域下的流通企业转型动力与机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 新形势下流通企业转型升级提升竞争力必要性迫切,文章界定了流通企业本质功能,以流通企业功能回归为转型驱动力,以流通企业转型理论及现实条件基础为依据,剖析了流通企业转型价值创造机理,构建了以价值协同共创为基础的多层次渐进式流通企业转型“三力—三聚”模型,提升附加价值实现价值跃迁进而提高流通企业竞争力。提出了流通企业融合制造化、终端服务化、平台集成化、协同创新化等流通企业转型路径。 Under the new situation,the necessity of circulation enterprises transforming and upgrading to promote competitiveness is urgent.This paper defines the essential functions of circulation enterprises,analyzes the mechanism of value creation in the transformation of circulation enterprises,taking function return of circulation enterprises as the driving force of transition on the basis of transforming theory and realistic conditions of circulation enterprises.Furthermore,a“three-force-three-aggregation”model of multi-level progressive circulation enterprise transformation based on value synergy and co-creation is constructed promoting additional value and realizing value transition to improve the competitiveness of circulation enterprises.The transformation paths of circulation enterprises,such as integration of manufacturing,terminal service orientation,platform integration and collaborative innovation,are put forward.
