物流企业新生代员工需求特征及满意度实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Logistics Enterprises’ New Generation Employees’ Needs Feature and Satisfaction

依据马斯洛需求层次理论,设计新生代员工需求及满意度调查问卷;基于200位物流企业新生代员工调查数据分析发现:第一,85后物流企业新生代员工的生理需求和尊重需求,均显著高于80后;第二,生理需求、安全需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求均显著正向影响物流企业新生代员工总体满意度,社交需求的正向影响不显著;第三,生理需求对物流企业新生代员工满意度方差的增加解释贡献率最大,其次依次为安全需求、自我实现需求和尊重需求,社交需求的增加解释贡献率最小。因此,物流企业应依据新生代员工需求具体特征,建立和实施针对性激励制度和措施。

Drawing from Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs,this paper designs a questionnaire about needs and satisfaction of new generation employees.Based on the survey data from 200 new generation employees working at logistics enterprises,it finds the following results.First,for new generation employees who were born after 1985,their average level of physiological needs and esteem needs are both significantly higher than employees'who were born during 1980~1984.Second,except social needs,other four needs all have significantly positive effects on employees'overall satisfaction.The last one,different kind of needs has distinct such that physiological needs is the greatest,safety needs,self-realization needs and esteem needs decrease in sequence,and social needs is the smallest.Accordingly,logistics enterprises should design motivation system and adopt scientific strategies adapting to the specific features of new generation employees'needs.
