摘要
针对企业内部供应链管理策略,提出以销售订单特诊分析为核心,综合考量产品库存、产品类别等因素,实现多地多类型产品生产配额调度计划,建立生产、库存、销售互信的关联协同模型,并以烟草生产企业为例,以SPSS正态分布验证模型可行性,结果表明,通过销售订单这一核心业务的量化作业分析,能够实现生产、库存、销售不同业务范畴的协同联动,推动企业内部供应链的优化管理。
For the enterprise supply chain management strategy,presented to the sales order special clinic analysis as its core,comprehensive consideration of product inventory,product categories and other factors,to achieve more and more types of products production quotas scheduling,associate collaborative model production,inventory,sales of mutual trust taking the tobacco production enterprise as an example,the SPSS normal distribution is used to verify the feasibility of the model.The single result shows that through the quantitative operation analysis of the core business of sales orders,the linkage of production,inventory and sales of different business areas can be realized,and the enterprise can be promoted.Optimized management of internal supply chains.
