摘要
物流工程硕士在工程硕士队伍中占有较大的比重,已经成为工学领域实践应用的中坚力量。如何提升物流工程硕士的实践创新能力成为培养的重点,文章基于校企双导师制,分析双导师制在我国物流工程硕士培养阶段存在的问题及原因,提出解决我国双导师制在提升物流工程硕士实践创新能力问题上的策略。
The master of logistics engineering has a large proportion in the engineering master's ranks,and has become the backbone of practical application in the field of engineering.How to improve the practical innovation ability of the master of logistics engineering has become the focus of training.This paper is based on the school-enterprise dual-tutor system,analyzes the problems and causes of the dual-tutor system in the training stage of logistics engineering masters in China,and proposes to solve the problem of improving the logistics of China's dual tutor system.The master of logistics engineering's strategy for practicing innovation capabilities.
