宫腹腔镜下异位宫内节育器取出的临床价值

Clinical Value of Hysteroscopy-laparoscopy Removal of Ectopic Intrauterine Devices

目的探讨宫腹腔镜下异位宫内节育器取出的临床价值。方法选取我院妇产科收治的宫内节育器异位患者30例,分为对照组和研究组,每组15例。对照组应用传统开腹手术取宫内节育器,研究组应用宫腹腔镜下取宫内节育器。对比两组手术及术后情况。结果手术情况:研究组术中出血量(33.33±20.93)ml、手术时间(29.53±11.07)min,相比对照组,研究组术后下床时间和肛门排气时间早,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用宫、腹腔镜取出异位宫内节育器的临床效果明显优于传统手术,是一种值得推广的方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of hysteroscopy-laparoscopy removal of ectopic intrauterine devices.Methods:Totally,30 patients with ectopic IUD were admitted and treated in our hospital.They were divided into control group and test group with 15 patients in each group.Patients in control group underwent traditional operation,while patients in test group underwent hysteroscopylaparoscopy removal of ectopic intrauterine devices.The operation situation and postoperative situation were compared between the two groups.Results:The peri-operative bleeding and operation time in test group were significantly lower than those in control group[(33.33±20.93)ml vs.(80.67±26.04)ml],[(29.53±11.07)min vs.(54.60±9.31)min],respectively.After operation,patients in test group get out of bed and anorectum exhaust time were earlier,the difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hysteroscopylaparoscopy removal of ectopic intrauterine devices is better than the traditional operation and worthy to be popularized.
