摘要
宿迁佳宝儿童医院位于宿迁市宿城区,拟建综合楼地上17层,地下1层,建筑高度69.30 m,地上建筑面积2.38万m^2,采用框架剪力墙结构。该工程位于高烈度区,重点设防类别,抗震设防烈度8度(0.30 g),采用隔震设计。隔震层位于地下室顶板,采用天然橡胶支座和铅芯橡胶支座进行隔震,水平向减震系数β不大于0.38。隔震层以上结构抗震设防烈度降低1度,按7度(0.15 g)进行设计,隔震层以下结构按规范要求进行罕遇地震和设防地震承载力验算。结果表明,隔震技术能明显减小上部结构的地震反应,提高房屋的安全性和舒适性。
Suqian Jiabao Children's Hospital is located in Sucheng District of Suqian City,the main building has 17 floors above the ground and 1 floor below the ground-Building,height is 69.30 m,Aboveground building area is 23800 m^2,using frame-shear wall structure.The project is located in the high intensity area and key-fortification category,seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees(0.30 g),isolation design has been adopted.The isolation layer is on the roof of the basement,vibration isolating with natural rubber bearing and lead rubber bearing,horizontal damping coefficientβis not greater than 0.38.Seismic fortification intensity of structures above isolation layer is reduced by 1 degree,It has been designed according to 7 degrees(0.15 g).the calculation of the bearing capacity of rare earthquakes and fortification earthquakes for structures below the isolation layer is checked according to the specification.The results show that,isolation technique can obviously reduce the seismic response of superstructure,improving the safety and comfort of houses.
