摘要 BIM技术,构件为载体和核心的综合信息挂接技术,实时监控的现场状态和虚拟模型的同步更新技术,多终端、多用户在一个信息模型和互联网云平台上的协同作业技术、检验标准预置和自动校验技术作为“基于BIM技术建筑工程质量远程检验系统研究”的关键技术,为解决质量监督管理人员与现场操作人员之间信息交互的不及时和不准确、施工现场监控满足不了用户需求等问题奠定了坚实的基础,进一步提高质量监督远程管理水平和系统智能化水平。 BIM technology,component as a carrier and core comprehensive information mount technology,real-time monitoring of the field state and virtual model synchronization update technology,Multi-terminal and multi-user collaborative operation technology,inspection standard prepositioning and automatic verification technology on an information model and Internet cloud platform are key technologies for the"Research on Remote Inspection System for Construction Quality Engineering Based on BIM Technology".It has laid a solid foundation for solving the problems such as untimely and inaccurate information interaction between quality supervision and management personnel and field operators,and construction site monitoring can not meet the needs of users,and further improves the quality supervision remote management level and the system intelligence level.
