手部运动联合中药外敷对血透患者腕管综合征疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 血液透析腕管综合征(HD-CTS)是血透患者较常见的并发症,发生率5%~30%[1-2]。HD-CTS是由于患者肾功能缺失,体内激素分泌失调,产生过多以β2微球蛋白为主的淀粉样组织,在腕管隧道内沉积,使正中神经受压而发病。目前常用的治疗方法为腕管松解术,此方法可能引起血透患者出血、内瘘损伤等并发症,增加患者痛苦[3]。研究显示,非透析轻中度腕管综合征(CTS)患者通过手腕部运动,能减轻和缓解CTS症状,使手腕功能得到恢复[4]。本研究采用自制手部运动器联合外敷中药活血止痛散治疗HD-CTS,效果较好,报道如下。
