摘要
对外军事培训是我军新时期新形势下外交活动领域内的一项重要任务。由于外军留学生来自不同地区不同国家,拥有不同文化背景,在华接受培训期间经历着从文化吸引到文化冲突直至文化适应的过程。基于美国著名跨文化交际学者Gudykunst的跨文化交际理念,文章试从文化适应的角度,对外军留学生在华接受培训期间的文化冲突和文化融合展开分析,提出冲突调对和融合策略,以使我军对外军事培训任务顺利展开和完成,实现对外军事培训价值的最大化。
Foreign military training is an important task in the field of diplomatic activities under the new situation of our army in the new era.Because the foreign military students from different regions and different countries have different cultural backgrounds,they have experienced the process from cultural attraction to cultural conflict to cultural adaptation during the training in China.Based on the intercultural communication concept of Gudykunst,a famous American intercultural communication scholar,the article intends to analyze the culture conflicts and integration of foreign military students in China from the acculturation perspective.Strategies for conquering the culture conflicts and realizing acculturation are proposed in the paper.The aim of the paper is giving helps to foreign military training in China.
