摘要
工程力学专业人才培养模式既要准确把握市场对该专业人才在知识、能力、素质等方面的需求,更要考虑专业的长远可持续发展。而以专业认证理念为指导来建设工程力学专业,可以明确教育基本标准、人才培养目标以及发展改进方向,也可为高校在社会上建立比较客观公正的教育质量信誉度,为在校学生实现对知识、技能等需求提供保障,促进本专业的良性发展和提高学生的社会竞争力。
The training mode of engineering mechanics talents must not only accurately grasp the needs of the market for the knowledge,ability and quality of the professionals,but also consider the long-term sustainable development of the profession.With the professional certification concept as the guide to construct engineering mechanics,it is possible to clarify the basic standards of education,the goal of talent training,and the direction of development and improvement.It can also establish a more objective and fair educational quality credibility for colleges and universities,and achieve knowledge,skills and other needs provide protection,promote the benign development of the profession and improve students'social competitiveness.
