以学生为中心的学业指导服务支持体系的构建——以三亚学院为例

构建以学生为中心的学业指导服务支持体系是促进大学生成长成才,提升其核心竞争力的关键举措。三亚学院学业指导以学生为中心,以学生的学业——能力为目标,设立专门的学业指导机构,组建多元化的专兼职学业导师队伍,打造开放式共享学习空间,构建多样化学业指导服务模式,初步建立学业指导评价体系,提高学生的学习质量。

Establishing a student-centered supporting system for academic guidance is a key measure to promote the growth and talents of college students and enhance the core competitiveness.University of Sanya has just set up such a system which is student-centered and aims at improving student's academic competence.In order to enhancing the learning quality of its students,the college has established a specialized academic guidance institution,organized a diversified team consisting of full-and part-time academic tutors,created an open shared learning space,built up a diversified guidance model for academy and initially formed academic guidance evaluation system.
