“互联网+”时代下应用型高校英语教师网络学习共同体建构的研究

教师发展是教师生涯的“生命线”。高校教师通过构建学习共同体为教师提供了实现合作、分享和交流的平台,促进教师团队的专业发展。在当今“互联网+”时代下,网络和多媒体给教学和科研提供了技术支持和教学呈现。广东省珠三角地区应用型高校H大学的大学英语教研室率先利用网络的优势,组建了网络高校英语教师学习共同体。本研究通过跟踪H大学的网络高校英语教师学习共同体,分析H大学网络教师学习共同体的建设,进而揭示其存在的问题和解决方法,这有助于高校更好地组建网络教师学习共同体。

Teacher development is the"lifeline"of teachers'career.College teachers provide a platform for teachers to cooperate,share and communicate through building learning community,and promote the professional development of teachers'team.In today's"Internet+"era,Internet and multimedia provide technical support and teaching presentation for teaching and scientific research.The College English Teaching and Research Department of H College of Applied Universities in the Pearl River Delta Region of Guangdong Province took the lead in using the advantages of the network to set up a learning community for English teachers in online universities.This study traces the Online Teacher Learning Community of H College,analyses the construction of Online Teacher Learning Community of H University,and then reveals the existing problems and solutions,which will help colleges and universities to better establish Online Teacher Learning Community.
