摘要
心理剧是团体治疗的一种形式,对大学生的适应力培养同样具有效果。文章通过设计符合大学生适应力发展的训练方案,提高大学生的适应能力。同时,通过大学生适应性问卷、小组满意度调查、效果反馈访谈等方法对心理剧技术对大学生适应力影响进行实证研究,发现在心理剧小组结束后,学生反馈自己的适应能力有所提升,对心理剧小组的内容、设计等均比较满意。
Psychodrama is a form of group therapy,which has the same effect on the adaptation training of college students.This article through the design conforms to the university student adaptation development training plan,enhances the university student's adaptation ability.At the same time,through the methods of college students'adaptability questionnaire,group satisfaction survey,effect feedback interview and other methods,this paper conducted an empirical study on the influence of psychodrama technology on college students'adaptability,and found that after the end of the psychodrama group,students reported that their adaptability improved,and they were relatively satisfied with the content and design of the psychodrama group.
