在事故系统中,人的不安全行为是导致事故发生的主要直接因素,而物的不安全状态也是人为作用的结果,从行为科学和心理学等方面对煤矿生产中人的不安全行为产生的原因、主要人群、发生时段进行了分析,介绍了黄陵矿业公司在人的不安全行为治理工作上的治理体系、工作重心和具体实践,形成新形势下切实抓好安全管理的对症良药和有力措施。统计显示人的不安全行为产生的风险隐患同比下降了26.31%。

In the accident system,human unsafe behavior is the main direct factor leading to the accident,and the unsafe state of the material is also the result of human action.Using the behavioral science and psychology,the causes,main groups and occurrence period of human unsafe behavior in coal mine production were analyzed.This paper introduced the management system,work focus and concrete practice of Huangling Mining Company in the management of human unsafe behavior.Statistics show that the potential risk of human unsafe behavior decreased by 26.31%year on year.
