二号煤矿大采高工作面矿压规律研究

摘要 掌握深部大采高工作面矿压规律是保证矿井安全生产的基础。以二号煤矿大采高工作面矿压规律为目标,采用现场调查、理论分析和岩层划分等方法,综合分析二号煤矿大采高工作面顶板特征、矿压分布等特点,明确生产期间的作业要求。结果表明,418工作面直接顶由上覆细砂岩和粉砂岩组成,粉砂岩为关键层,其破断为工作面来压提供力源;来压步距大于22 m时,工作面矿压显现剧烈,支承压力峰值在8~13 m处,影响范围约35 m;提出了带压拉架、加快推进速度,保证支架与围岩始终形成“顶板-支架-底板”结构,保障了二号煤矿深部大采高工作面的安全高效开采。 Mastering the ground pressure regularity of large mining height face is the basis of safety production.Taking No.2 Coal Mine as research object,using the methods of field observation and theoretical analysis,the ground pressure regularity was mastered.Research show that the strata behaviors of the working face is intense,the step pressure is more than 22m,the abutment pressure peak is 8-13m,and the influence range is about 35m.The measures of sliding advance of support,and accelerating advance speed were put forward,which ensures the safe and efficient mining of the deep mining face with large mining height in No.2 Coal Mine.
