摘要 为了使黄陵矿区瓦斯防治工作由“治得住、治得快”向“治得准、治得省、治得明白”转变,提出了瓦斯精准抽采的概念。根据钻孔抽采瓦斯流量衰减符合负指数关系的规律推导出抽采时间与有效抽采半径的计算公式,按照“掘进面风排瓦斯量不超过2 m^ 3/min,回采面风排瓦斯量不超过5 m ^3/min”的要求对工作面瓦斯治理工作进行研究,通过公式推导确定了掘进面和综采面的瓦斯抽采和钻孔布置等精准抽采参数,形成了一套科学合理的瓦斯精准抽采体系,为黄陵矿区瓦斯防治工作提供新的思路和方法。 In order to change the gas control work from“being able to control effectively and quickly”to“being able to control accurately and clearly”,the concept of precise gas extraction was put forward.According to the law that the attenuation of gas flow in borehole extraction conforms to the negative exponential relationship,the calculation formula of extraction time and effective extraction radius was deduced.According to the stipulation of“no more than 2m ^3/min gas discharge by air in heading face and no more than 5m 3/min gas discharge by air in mining face”,the requirements of gas control in working face were put forward.The precise parameters of gas extraction and borehole layout in coal mining face and heading face were determined,a set of scientific and reasonable precise gas extraction system was formed,which provides new ideas and methods for gas control work in Huangling mining area.
