摘要
综采工作面智能化控制技术进行研究和推广应用是实现我国煤矿安全高产高效开采的关键。介绍了黄陵矿业公司一号煤矿在薄煤层、中厚煤层实现智能化综采工作面的成功范例,针对大采高智能化工作面的生产介绍了就地干预、顺槽指挥与地面监测系统,工作面全自动控制与人工就地干预结合,顺槽集中控制与远程指挥配合,地面监测控制几种模式,希望能为煤矿智能化技术的创新发展提供有效参考。
Intelligent control technology of fully mechanized mining face is the key to realize safe and efficient mining in coal mines.Based on the analysis of the intellectualized fully mechanized mining face in No.1 Coal Mine,aiming at the production of intelligent working face with large mining height,several control modes,such as in-situ intervention+mining roadway command+ground monitoring,fully automatic control of working face+in-situ intervention,mining roadway centralized control+remote command,and ground monitoring control were introduced,which can provide reference for the innovation and development of intelligent technology in coal mine.
