摘要
为了检测综采工作面采煤机姿态,液压支架和刮板运输机平直度、移动量使用一种雷达探测仪器。研究内容包括主要组成、工作原理、在综采工作面的应用、现场实验效果、存在的问题及解决方法,该项目的研究可减少智能化综采工作面巡查人员数量,确保在无人干预的情况下工作面工程质量达到要求,为实现综采工作面少人甚至无人提供一种思路,达到了“无人则安”的安全生产目的,适应新时代人工智能代替现场作业人员,提高企业竞争力。
In order to detect the attitude of shearer,and the glancing flatness of hydraulic support and scraper conveyor in fully mechanized mining face,a radar detection instrument was used.The research shows that using the radar ranging technology can reduce the number of inspectors in the intelligent fully mechanized mining face,ensure the quality of working face without any intervention,realize that there are few or even no people in the working face,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
