摘要
黄陵矿业有限公司一号煤矿通过对运输系统进行无轨化改造后,已经实现材料、人员及综采设备安装回撤的无轨运输,具有使用灵活、通过能力大、机动性强的特点,减少了转载环节,降低了运输成本,从根本上克服了传统轨道运输存在的种种弊端。为进一步提高无轨运输能力,提高运输效率,针对井下不同区域大巷的运输任务,对大巷底板分别采用摊铺沥青、施工混凝土地坪及铺设三合土、干拌料的方式进行地面硬化改造,取得了较好的使用效果。
In Huangling No.1 Coal Mine,through the trackless transformation of the transportation system,the trackless transportation of materials,personnel and fully mechanized mining equipment was realized,the transfer link and transportation cost was reduced,and the shortcomings of traditional rail transportation were fundamentally solved.In order to further improve the trackless transport capacity and efficiency,according to the transport task in different regional roadway,the ground treatment methods of paving asphalt,concrete floor or triad soil were adopted respectively,and good results were achieved.
