综采工作面回采过顺槽超高段施工技术

摘要 黄陵一号煤矿808综采工作面回风顺槽为矩形断面,顶板采用锚网锁梁支护,两帮采用锚网支护,受掘进期间地质构造影响,距切眼主帮124~154 m范围巷道平均高度达到了4.5 m,超出了工作面所配套的超前迈步支架和端头支架的有效支护范围,既造成了端头支架和超前迈步支架无法正常拉移,又使得端头及超前顶板不能得到有效支护,极大地影响了工作面的顺利推采。针对这一问题,为实现顺槽超高情况下综采工作面仍能够正常推采,提前对顺槽超高段采用架设无腿棚+木垛的方式构造人工假顶,通过人工假顶降低巷道高度,既满足端头支架和超前迈步支架的有效支护高度,同时通过木垛传递支架的支护效果,使顶板得到及时有效支护。通过808综采工作面现场实际应用,起到了良好的效果,为一号煤矿综采工作面过顺槽超高段提供了一种安全、快捷、高效的解决方法。 The return roadway of N.808 fully mechanized mining face in Huangling No.1 Coal Mine is rectangular section,the roof is supported by bolt-mesh-beam,and the two sides are supported by bolt-mesh.Affected by geological structure,the average height of the return roadway in the range of 124~154 m from the open-off cut reaches 4.5m,which exceeds the effective support range of the advanced support and the end support,and greatly affects the mining of the working face.Artificial false roof was constructed by erecting legless shed and wooden stack in the super-high section along the roadway,and the roof was effectively supported in time.The practical application of N.808 fully mechanized mining face provides a safety and efficient solution for the fully mechanized mining face to pass the super-high section along the roadway in Huangling No.1 Coal Mine.
