火力发电厂检修作业的安全管理在火力发电厂的日常工作当中非常重要,通过分析安全管理在火力发电厂设备检修过程中存在的问题,得出火力发电厂检修作业存在缺乏规范的管理制度、员工安全意识淡薄、缺乏安全知识培训、管理人员专业性差等问题。针对问题给予规范人员的安全行为、引入“NOSA安健环”管理体系和“人的安全行为治理”相结合完善安全管理制度、落实安全生产责任制、加强安全管理监督工作、加强检修人员综合素质的培养等针对性的解决方案,有效地解决了火力发电厂检修作业的安全管理问题。

Safety management of maintenance work in thermal power plant is very important in daily work.By analyzing the current situation of equipment maintenance in thermal power plants,it is found that there are some problems in the maintenance operation of thermal power plants,such as lack of standardized management system,weak safety awareness of employees,lack of safety knowledge training,poor professionalism of managers and so on.By standardizing personnel′s safety behavior,introducing NOSA management system,perfecting safety management system,implementing safety production responsibility system,strengthening safety management supervision,and strengthening the training of maintenance personnel,the safety management level of maintenance operation in thermal power plant was improved.
