不同氮磷钾施用量对连翘生理特性的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium Application Rates on Physiological Characteristics of Forsythia suspensa

摘要 试验研究了施肥对连翘生理特性的影响规律,以期为连翘育苗中科学合理施肥提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置对照(CK)、常规施肥(T2)、改进施肥(T3)、建议施肥(T4)4个处理,3次重复。结果表明:5-9月叶绿素含量T4比T2提高了35.93%、53.95%、38.77%、25.80%、27.92%,7-9月T4显著高于T3,T3与T2之间无显著差异;6-9月T3、T4与T2相比有利于脯氨酸含量升高,T4显著高于T3,T3在5、6、7、9月与T2之间无显著差异;5-9月可溶性糖含量T4比T3提高了52.38%、23.61%、26.43%、24.37%、21.74%,6-8月T3显著高于T2;5-9月,T4与T3相比显著降低了MDA含量31.25%、25.43%、23.23%、21.36%、17.65%,8-9月T3显著低于T2,5-7月T2显著低于对照。综合分析认为,建议施肥处理对改善连翘苗木生理特性效果最优。 In order to study the effect of effects of fertilization on physiological characteristics of Forsythia suspensa,and then it want to provide theoretical basis for scientific and rational fertilization in Forsythia suspensa seedling raising.The test was under field conditions,and then set 4 treatment as control(CK),conventional fertilization(T2),improved fertilization(T3)and recommended fertilization(T4),repeat 3 times.The results showed that:chlorophyll content which T4 treatment was higher than T2 treatment by 35.93%,53.95%,38.77%,25.80%,27.92%when in May to September,and from July to September,T4 was significantly higher than T3,there was no significant difference between T3 and T2;compared with T2,T3 and T4 were beneficial to the increase of proline content,T4 was significantly higher than T3,and there was no significant difference between T3 and T2 when in May,June,July and September;The soluble sugar content of T4 was higher than T3 by 52.38%,23.61%,26.43%,24.37%,21.74%when in May to September,from June to August,T3 was significantly higher than T2;from May to September,T4 significantly decreased MDA content compared with T3 by 31.25%,25.43%,23.23%,21.36%,17.65%,T3 was significantly lower than T2 from August to September,T2 was significantly lower than control from May to July.According to the comprehensive analysis,it is suggested that fertilization treatment has the best effect on improving physiological characteristics of Forsythia suspensa seedlings.
