摘要
为研究柞蚕蛹繁育周氏啮小蜂过程中坏蛹病原菌的传播机制,本文设计了9个试验处理。结果表明:白蛾周氏啮小蜂是坏蛹病原菌传播的媒介;坏蛹病原菌不能通过空气传播,也不能通过接触传播;降低坏蛹率的关键措施是对白蛾周氏啮小蜂雌成蜂及其产卵器进行消毒。
In order to study the spread mechanism of pathogenic bacteria of bad pupa in the breeding process of Chouioia cunea with Antheraea pernyi pupa,the paper designed 9 experimental treatments.The results showed that the Chouioia cunea was the media of spreading of pathogenic bacteria of bad pupa.The pathogenic bacteria of bad pupa cann’t spread by air and contact,and the key measures of reducing bad pupa percent were to disinfect the female adults of Chouioia cunea and their ovipositors.
