自然人文因素对苏州古典私家园林养生思想的影响

The Influence of Natural Humanities on the Health Preserving Thought of Suzhou Classical Private Gardens

园林是为了补偿人与自然环境相对隔离而人为创设的“第二自然”,作为生理层面和精神层面的载体,园林具有陶冶情操,寄托情感,从而达到养生保健的功能。私家园林的兴建为园林养生的发展提供了空间。苏州古典私家园林是我国园林艺术的瑰宝和古典园林的典范,发掘其所包含的园林养生思想,可对促进现代城市营造健康自然的居住环境提供有利帮助。在我国古典园林的造园手法和传统养生理论的基础上,分析苏州古典私家园林的空间布局、山水和建筑、植物等自然人文因素中所体现的养生思想,总结苏州古典私家园林在改善居住环境和园林养生方面的运用,对中国传统养生思想在现代人居环境中的应用,并为进一步研究提供理论基础。

The garden is a "second nature" artificially created to compensate people and the natural environment. As a carrier of the physiological level and the spiritual level, the garden has the function of cultivating sentiment and entrusting emotions to achieve health care. The construction of private gardens provides space for the development of garden health. Suzhou classical private gardens are the jewels of Chinese garden art and the model of classical gardens. Exploring the garden health thoughts contained in them can help to promote the healthy and natural living environment of modern cities. Based on the gardening techniques and traditional health theory of classical gardens in China, this paper analyzes the spatial layout of Suzhou classical private gardens, the health thoughts embodied in natural and human factors such as landscapes and architecture, and plants, and summarizes the improvement of living environment in Suzhou classical private gardens. And the use of garden health, providing a theoretical basis for the application of traditional Chinese health care in modern living environment and further research.
