摘要
本文旨在研究新型(降解霉菌毒素)微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选取420d健康海兰褐蛋鸡1296只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复54只。试验处理如下:对照组,饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在对照组的基础上添加0.05%、0.10%、0.20%的微生态制剂。试验期为28d。饲养期间每周统计周采食量。每天以重复为单位捡蛋一次,记录产蛋数、蛋重、破蛋数,计算平均蛋重、产蛋率、破蛋率和料蛋比。于试验第14、28天,每个重复取20枚鸡蛋测定蛋品质。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,3个试验组蛋鸡的平均蛋重均显著提高(P<0.05),破蛋率和料蛋比均显著降低(P<0.05);与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组蛋鸡的破蛋率和料蛋比均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,第14、28天试验组的蛋壳厚度均显著提高(P<0.05),第28天试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组鸡蛋的蛋黄比重均显著提高(P<0.05);与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组第28天鸡蛋的蛋黄比重显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,微生态制剂能提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质,提高蛋鸡生产的经济效益,综合比较以0.10%的量添加时的效果最佳。
The present study was carried out to evaluate the influence of new probiotics(degrading mycotoxins)on production performance and egg quality of laying hens.A total of 1296,420days old laying hens were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 6 replicate pens per treatment and 54 individuals per pen.Layers in control group were feeding basal diet.The other three groups were fed the diet added 0.05%,0.10%,0.20%probiotics.The experimental period lasted for 28 days.During the feeding trial recorded and calculated the production performance and egg quality.The average egg weights in test groups were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The egg breaking rate and laying rate in test groups were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Compared with the groupⅡ and Ⅲ,the egg breaking rate and laying rate in group Ⅰ were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The test groups significantly increased eggshell thickness and yolk ratio than control group(P<0.05).Compared with group I,the yolk ratio in the groupⅡ and Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the new probiotics could improving the production performance,egg quality,and economic benefit of laying hens.Compared to the experimental group,in addition of 0.10%new probiotics group had the best effect.
