摘要
通过改进的熵权法和SBM-DEA模型对中国2000-2015年30个省份的环境表现和能源效率的动态变动趋势进行测度,利用空间杜宾模型分析了能源效率对环境表现的影响作用及空间溢出效应。结果显示:中国区域环境表现总体呈先下降后上升的“锯齿状V形”趋势,区域能源效率呈阶段性升降的“波浪形”趋势,二者时空差异显著;区域环境表现的Moran's I逐年递增,空间相关性逐渐加强,集聚效应已经形成;能源效率的提升不仅有利于本地区的环境表现,还会对邻近地区产生显著的空间溢出效应,且间接效应大于直接效应;环境表现的区域异质性特征突出,西部能源效率提升对环境表现的促进作用最明显,而中部能源效率对邻近地区的空间溢出效应最强。
Based on the improved Entropy Weight Method and SBM-DEA Model, the dynamic trends of environmental performance and energy efficiency in 30 provinces of China from 2000 to 2015 were measured.The spatial Durbin model was used to analyze the impact of energy efficiency on environmental performance and the spatial spillover effect.The results show that the overall regional environmental performance of China shows a "zigzag V-shaped" trend, and the regional energy efficiency shows a "wave-shaped" trend of gradual rise and fall, with significant spatial and temporal differences.The Moran’s I of regional environmental performance increases year by year, spatial correlation strengthens gradually, and agglomeration effect has been formed.The improvement of energy efficiency is not only conducive to the environmental performance of the region, but also has significant spatial spillover effect on the neighbouring areas, and the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect;the regional heterogeneity of environmental performance is prominent, and the improvement of energy efficiency in the West promotes the environmental performance most obviously, while the central energy efficiency promotes the neighbouring areas.The spatial spillover effect is the strongest.
