飞机多发引气系统流量平衡控制设计与应用

摘要 针对某型飞机飞行试验中引气系统流量不平衡的问题,按照不同构型用户系统的用气需求,设计了基于多源并联管网流量平衡的引气控制系统,运用增量式PID控制算法对整个系统进行控制,编写了系统的流量控制软件,并通过系统试验加以验证。结果表明,本文中采用的流量平衡控制方法能够将多发引气系统的流量差异控制在20%以内。 Aiming at the problem of imbalance flow in bleed system of a certain type of aircraft found in flight test,a bleed control system based on multi-source parallel pipeline network is designed according to the different user system requirements.At the same time,the incremental PID controller is used to control this system,and the control software of the system is compiled and verified by relevant experiments.The results show that the flow balance control method adopted in this paper can decrease the difference of the flow by less than 20%in multi-engine bleed system.
