摘要 研究了循环流化床锅炉(CFB)汽包水位监控系统的设计问题,以Hollysys DCS软件为监控平台完成锅炉水位监控系统的网络与硬件组态设计,设计采用根据锅炉负荷(发电功率)自动完成单冲量与三冲量无扰切换的控制策略对汽包水位进行监控,通过Simulink的仿真平台对汽包水位控制方案进行随机扰动测试,测试结果表明该控制系统能迅速的克服锅炉蒸汽与给水流量的随机扰动,保证锅炉汽包水位的平稳运行,实验结果证明此锅炉水位控制系统设计方案的可行性与有效性,为循环流化床锅炉水位平稳、高效、可靠运行提供了的新设计方法。 The design problem of water level supervision system of CFB Boiler was researched and discussed.The CFB Boiler water level supervision system configuration and the network hardware configuration were designed based on Hollysys DCS system software.The drum water level was monitored and controlled by the control strategy of automatic switching between single impulse and three impulse according to the boiler load(power generation).The results of random disturbance experiment based on the simulink software simulation platform showed that the boiler water level control scheme can quickly overcome the random disturbance of boiler steam and feed water flow and then keep the boiler water level steady.The results were showed that the design scheme of CFB Boiler water level control system was the new methods of the CFB boiler in stable,efficient and reliable operation.
