摘要
目的:优化病人结算过程,减少病人排队等待时间。方法:打破科室界限,以病人为中心设计工作流程,整合信息系统实现新流程。结果:病人排队次数由4次减少为2次,排队时间大为缩短。结论:结报人员工作效率明显提高,病人满意度显著提升。
Objective:To reduce patient waiting time through workflow optimization of inpatient settlement and reimbursement.Methods:We redesigned the new workflow based on patient-centered without thinking about the boundaries of the department and integrated different information systems to realize it.Results:The number of patient queuing was reduced from 4 to 2,shortening the waiting time greatly.Conclusions:We dramatically improved our work efficiency and patient satisfaction.
