激光云高仪气象装备保障技术培训系统设计

摘要 对云层信息的观测是世界气象组织规定的需要测定的气象要素之一。激光云高仪已在部分国家实现业务化观测。近年来,中国气象局正在推进激光云高仪的设备考核实验并发布了相关的规范性技术文件。为加强气象观测人员装备保障技术能力,本文提出激光云高仪培训系统设计方案,教学内容包括激光发射功率、光束发散角、接收器信号噪声等光学性能测试技术和观测数据样本选取及准确性分析方法。 Observation of cloud information is one of the meteorological elements required to be measured by World Meteorological Organization.Laser ceilometer has been used for operational observation in some countries.In recent years,China Meteorological Administration is promoting the equipment examination experiment of laser ceilometer and has issued relevant normative technical documents.In order to strengthen the technical ability of meteorological equipment support for meteorological observers,a training program for laser ceilometer was designed,which includes optical performance testing technology such as laser power,beam divergence angle,receiver signal noise,sample selection of observation data and accuracy analysis method.
