摘要
BIM技术能够将2D平面设计转为3D模型或4D(3D+时间)应用,使之立体化、数据可视化、信息化,是近年建筑行业信息化变革的典型技术应用。本文主要介绍了BIM的技术背景,在机电工程项目管理的应用优势、应用效果分析,并对BIM的发展做出展望。
BIM technology can transform 2D graphic design into 3D model or 4D(3D+time)application,making it three-dimensional,data visualization and informationization.It is a typical application of information technology in construction industry in recent years.This article mainly introduces the background of BIM technology,its application advantages and effect analysis in the project management of electromechanical engineering,and the prospect for the development of BIM application.
