摘要 本系统设计以STM32单片机为控制核心,通过WiFi模块将采集到的传感器数据上传到上位机,通过GSM模块进行远程报警.上位机使用LabVIEW进行设计,能实时监测显示相关传感器检测数据.通过按键控制电路或LabVIEW界面可以设置燃气浓度、管道压力的阈值.气体传感器实时检测空气中的燃气浓度,压力传感器实时监测管道的燃气压力,当实际检测到的燃气浓度大于燃气浓度安全阈值时,或者管道压力值出现异常时,驱动风扇模块进行通风处理,降低燃气浓度值,紧急切断燃气电磁阀,现场声光报警,同时通过GSM模块进行远程报警提醒.经调试和测试,最终实现了系统的功能. The design of this system is based on STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control core.The data collected by the sensor is uploaded to the host computer by WiFi module.The remote alarm function isrealized by GSM module.The host computer is designed by LabVIEW,which can monitor and display the data collected by relevant sensors in real time.Threshold values of gas concentration and pipeline pressure can be set by keyboard control circuit or LabVIEW interface.Gas concentration in air is real-time detected by gas sensor.Gas pressure is real-time monitored by pipelinepressure sensor.When the actual gas concentration is greater than the safety threshold,or when the pipeline pressure value is abnormal,the alarm system will drive fan module to carry out ventilation treatment,reduce gas concentration value,cut off gas solenoid valve urgently,send out sound and light alarm signal,and at the same time remote alarm through GSM module.After debugging and testing,the function of the system is finally realized.
