摘要
论文重点研究电信运营商面临传统市场饱和,提速降费,OTT业务加剧运营商管道化,用户需求日益升级的诸多困局,这些困局导致运营商难提收,甚至不增收,主营业务模式低价值化。本文通过到T字发展模型阐述打牢基础,做牢底盘,发挥网络及数据价值;开放合作,打造非连续产品生态圈;将移动品牌打造成智慧生活,智慧公共服务统一入口印象(美团管吃,淘宝管穿,携程管住,滴滴管行,移动负责智慧吃穿住行)。实现电信运营商价值化转型,满足用户升级需求.
This paper focuses on the difficulties faced by telecom operators,such as saturation of traditional market,increasing speed and reducing fees,intensifying the pipeline operation of OTT services,and increasing user demand.These difficulties directly lead to operators'difficulty in collecting revenue,or even not increasing revenue,and low-value main business model.This paper elaborates on the T-word development model to lay a solid foundation,make a firmchassis,give full play to the value of network and data;open cooperation,create a non-continuous product ecosphere;create a mobile brand into a smart life,smart public services unified entrance impression(beauty troupe,Taobao trough,Ctrip trough,drip trough,mobile responsible for wisdom).Hui eats,lives and travels.Realize the Value Transition of Telecom Operators to Meet the Upgrading Demand of Customers.
