摘要
地震损失预评估是地震应急的基础。通过GIS平台,基于python语言,构建陕西省地震损失自动评估系统。通过栅格运算技术以公里格网数据为基础构建震害数据库,以提高系统评估精度。引入自动触发、自动出图、自动空间分析等技术实现系统自动化运行,提高系统产出速度,满足地震应急时效性要求。
Earthquake disaster information pre-evaluationis the foundation of earthquake emergency.Through the GIS platform,based on Python language, an automatic earthquakedisaster information pre-evaluation system was built in Shaanxi Province.Construction of earthquake disaster database based on kilometers grid data through GIS grid computing technology to improve the accuracy of system pre-evaluation.Automatic triggering, automatic drawing, automatic spatial analysis and other technologies are introduced to realize the automation of the system, and the output speed of the system is increased to meet the needs of earthquake emergency.
