摘要 开关电源是重要的电力之源。本课题设计一款AC-DC电源适配器,使其为通信网络的控制和采集设备提供稳定的电源。要求此电源实现由220V交流电转化为12V/2A的直流电,其转换电流稳定,在高湿、高温下仍能正常实现适配功能。由于本课题是低功率开关电源的设计,所以使用的拓扑结构是单端反激式开关稳压电源电路。采用此拓扑结构的高频开关电源,具有成本低,电路简单,效率高,体积小等优点。本论文系统地介绍了开关电源的背景、现状、发展趋势,利用当今开关电源发展的新技术,设计并制作出安全、高效的精密型开关电源。本开关电源主要由输入整流滤波电路、高频变压器、输出整流滤波电路及控制反馈电路等部分组成。采用了TOP250智能控制集成芯片和PC817、TL431等专用芯片来设计电路,从而制作出具有自动稳压功能的单端反激式开关电源。 Switching power supply is an important source of power. This topic is based on the application of Agricultural Internet of things, the design of a AC-DC power adapter, so that it provides a stable power supply for the control and collection equipment of Agricultural Internet of things. Requires this power to achieve by the 220 V AC into 12 V/2 A DC power, the conversion current is stable, in the high humidity, high temperature can still achieve the normal adaptation function.Since this topic is the design of low power switching power supply, so the use of the topology is a single ended flyback switching power supply circuit. The high frequency switching power supply adopting the topological structure has the advantages of low cost, simple circuit and high efficiency.This paper systematically introduces the background, current situation and development trend of switching power supply, and designs and makes a safe and efficient precision switching power supply with the new technology and the new trend of the development of switching power supply. The switching power supply is mainly composed of an input rectifier filter circuit,a high frequency transformer, an output rectification filter circuit and a control feedback circuit. The top250 intelligent control chip special integrated chip and TL431, PC817 etc. to design the circuit, which is made by the automatic voltage regulator function of single end flyback switching power supply.
