多工位水果采摘轮式平台研究

Research on Multi-station Fruit Picking Wheeled Platform

随着我国制造业的高速发展和农业机械化普及程度的大幅度提高,安全、高效机械采摘取代了传统的高凳和梯子作业,成为必然的发展趋势。文章设计了一种多工位水果采摘轮式平台,通过研究其关键技术及装备发现,该平台能有效解决劳动力分配问题,提高采摘效率、操作安全性和机械化水平,值得推广。

With the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing industry and the great enhancement of agricultural mechanization universal degree,it is an inevitable development trend that safe and efficient mechanical picking replace the tra ditional high stool and ladder work,the key technique and equipment of multi-station fruit picking wheeled platform are researched.This paper focuses on the working principle,parameter determination and extension activity of fruit tree management wheeled mechanical platform to solve labor distribution and improve the picking effi ciency,operation safety and mechanization level.
