摘要
在前期设计电路的基础上,对具有不同型号热电制冷器(thermoelectric cooler,TEC)混沌激光器的温度和驱动电流控制电路进行优化,实现对不同型号TEC混沌激光器的温度及电流的有效控制,输出到TEC端的最大电压调节范围为0~3.3 V,输出电流稳定度在0.02%以内,输出波长波动稳定在9 pm以内.与Newport驱动源相比,本设计将光发射次模块激光器输出波长的归一化均方差从0.004 4降至0.002 0,控制稳定性得到明显提高.
In order to effectively regulate and control the temperature and the driving current of chaotic lasers with different thermoelectric coolers(TECs),we optimize the circuit on the basis of the previous circuit design.The new circuit achieves effective control of the temperature and current of chaotic lasers with different TEC models.The range of the maximum output voltage at the TEC end is from 0 to 3.3 V.The output current stability is controlled within 0.02%,and the output wavelength fluctuation of the laser is stabilized within 9 pm.Compared with the control of the Newport driver,the normalized mean square error of the output wavelength of transmitter optical subassembly(TOSA)laser is decreased from 0.004 4 to 0.002 0.The stability of control has been improved.
