摘要
杭州市明确提出实施“拥江发展”战略,钱塘江由城市的边界和门槛转型为城市的主体和纽带,沿江区域成为最具吸引力的城市增长空间。研究聚焦杭州市主城区沿江区域,分析其发展现状;从岸线功能、开发规模、交通出行等角度分析发现,沿江区域职住空间表现出低复合功能、大规模开发等职住空间失衡特征。问卷调查结果显示,居民对沿江区域职住空间的总体评价为一般满意;对钱塘江南北两岸的滨江区和钱江新城沿江区域的评价结果表明,滨江区拥有较高的职住指数,较好的配套公服设施,较低的通勤时间与距离成本。最后,提出了制定钱塘江沿岸职住建设导则、确立钱塘江沿岸职住分布体系、优化钱塘江沿岸职住支撑系统等对策。
Implementation of the"cross river development strategy"effectively promoted spatial expansion of Hangzhou city,and transition of the Qiantang River from the boundary and threshold to the main body and link of city.Riverside areas have also become the most attractive space for urban growth.Aimed at the riverside areas along Qiantang River in Hangzhou's main urban area,this paper analyzes the current development stage of these areas through data statistics.From the perspective of shoreline function,development scale,transportation and other aspects,the job-housing space along the river shows obvious imbalanced characteristics of low compound function and large-scale development.The results of the questionnaire show that the residents'rating of the job-housing space in the riverside area is generally satisfactory.Comparative analysis on Binjiang district and Qianjiang new city shows that job-housing index of Binjiang district far exceeds Qianjiang new city,and it's satisfaction with supporting public service facilities is slightly higher than Qianjiang new city,while the commuting time and distance cost in Binjiang district is relatively lower.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as formulating the job-housing construction guideline of areas along Qiantang River,establishing the job-housing distribution system and optimizing the supporting system along Qiantang River.
