摘要
研究了一种简单、绿色且高效的2,3-二氯-5,6-二氰基对苯醌(DDQ)/亚硝酸叔丁酯(TBN)体系催化的苄醇有氧氧化方法。以苯甲醇为模型底物,系统地考察了溶剂、温度和DDQ/TBN的用量对反应收率的影响。研究结果表明:以摩尔分数均为5%的DDQ和TBN为催化剂,氧气为终端氧化剂,乙二醇二乙醚为溶剂,100℃油浴温度下反应,一系列苄醇类、杂芳香苄醇类和取代α-苯乙醇类底物均能顺利地被氧化成相应的醛或酮,其中15个底物的转化率达到100%,产物选择性在95%以上。
A facile,green and efficient protocol for the aerobic oxidation of benzylic alcohols catalyzed by 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone(DDQ)and tert-butyl nitrite(TBN)has been developed.Benzyl alcohol was selected as the model substrate,and the effect of solvent,reaction temperature and the amount of DDQ/TBN were systematically examined.Under the optimized conditions,i.e.,using ethylene glycol diethyl ether as reaction solvent,5%of DDQ(mole fraction)and 5%TBN(mole fraction)as catalysts,atmospheric O 2 as terminal oxidant,a variety of benzylic alcohols,heteroaromatic analogs of benzylic alcohols and substitutedα-phenyl ethanols could be oxidized into their corresponding aldehydes or ketoneswith excellent conversions and high selectivity under 100℃.
