摘要
建立了一种汽车冷起动过程燃油经济性的分析方法,对匹配3种不同动力总成的车辆进行冷起动 和热起动NEDC工况试验,通过分析发动机转速和燃油消耗量的瞬态数据,得到各市区循环的累计燃油消耗 量。将冷机和热机状态下的燃油消耗量进行比较,计算出冷起动系数和综合冷起动系数,从而分析获得冷起 动对汽车燃油经济性的影响。
A method to analyze fuel economy of a vehicle cold-start process is established. Cold-start and hot-start tests under New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) condition are carried out for vehicle equipped with three different powertrains. By analyzing transient data of engine speed and fuel consumption, cumulative fuel consumption of urban cycles is obtained. By comparing fuel consumption of cold engine and hot engine, cold-start coefficient and integrated cold-start coefficient are calculated, the influences of cold-start behavior on vehicle fuel economy are obtained.
