摘要
为保护长江上游渔业资源,2015年5-7月,在重庆江津油溪段对宜昌鳅(Gobiobotia filifers)的卵苗进行了采集和分析,结果显示:该断面的宜昌鳅鱼卵总径流量为4.33×10^8 ind.,平均径流量为0.79×10^7 ind./d,最大径流量为1.94×10^7 ind./d,监测期间均能采集到鱼卵,且无显著峰值;宜昌鳅的鱼卵水平分布左岸和右岸的差异不显著,左岸与中间、右岸与中间差异极显著,整体水平分布两岸高于中间;整体垂直分布上差异不显著。对比历史数据发现,近年来宜昌鳅早期资源量呈现波动性增加,宜昌鳅鱼卵所占比例升高,这一结果可能与鳅生物学特性和对环境的适应能力有关系。
The eggs of Gobiobotia filifers were collected fromYouxi river of Jiangjin District in Chongqing province from May to July in 2015 to investigate and protect fishery resources in the upper of the Yangtze River The total runoff of eggs was 4.33×10^ 8 ind,the mean total runoff was 0.79×10^7 ind.withthe max runoff density of 1.94×10^7ind.The eggs were collected and existed no significant peak during the monitoring period.The difference between the left bank and the right bank was not significant.The difference between the left bank and the middle was significant.Meanwhile,the left bank showed significant difference with the right bank.The overall horizontal distribution was higher in both sides than that in the middle;The difference in the overall vertical distribution was not significant.Analogous historical data in recent years,the proportion of G.filifers eggs increased and the early resource quantity of G.filifers showed increasing in fluctuation,which might be related to its biological characteristics and the adaptation ability to the environment.
