波形钢腹板软膜超声相控阵检测探头的设计 被引量:7

摘要 针对大跨度新型桥梁中波形钢腹板的结构特点,现有超声相控阵检测方法存在耦合不稳定、结果不准确、检测效率低等问题,通过对不同软膜材料的配比和实验研究,研制出一种新型软膜超声相控阵探头,使得探头可柔性的与波纹状检测面接触,增加了曲面耦合接触面积,从而提高了曲面检测的灵敏度。最后在预置了缺陷的波形钢腹板试块上进行实验测试,实验结果显示,相对于常规相控阵探头检测结果,该软膜探头检测当量差更小,对于相同大小的缺陷,在不同检测面上的检测灵敏度和回波高度基本一致,且能够对缺陷准确定位。 The structural characteristics of corrugated steel webs in new long-span bridges are studied,current ultrasonic phased array detection methods are characterized by unstable coupling,inaccurate results and low detection efficiency,a new type of ultrasonic phased array probe with soft film is developed by means of experimental study for different soft film materials.The probe can be flexibly contacted with the corrugated detecting surface.The surface coupling contact area is increased,and thereby improving the sensitivity of the surface detection.Finally,the experimental test was carried out on the corrugated steel web test block with preset defects.The experimental results show that the detection equivalence difference with the soft film probe is smaller by comparing with the conventional phased array probe,and the detection sensitivity and echo height on different detection surfaces are basically the same for the same size of defects,and the defects can be accurately located.
